Yeah disqualification would be really disgraceful to CBN to retire on a bad note. He is the most overrated, hyped up and inexperienced politician in the history of politics.

After so many booboos recently working against kootami, the way CBN, Lokesh, Pawan and pulka followers tried to spread false info about Land Titling Act and fool/scare the public as their last ditch effort to win election was desperate. Now that it is clear to everyone this is just a false propaganda being spread by kootami desperately, pulkas are now talking about Jagan's photos on the documents and marking stones to do damage control. What kind of imbecile people would risk resorting to a false propaganda knowing that it would backfire? They probably thought voters would still be scared of the new act until the election time. They are also aware they are not going to win so there is nothing to lose by trying some gimmicks. It wouldn't be surprising if YCP wins all the 175+25 at this rate.

Some people are still arguing and supporting CBN on the other latkoor forum LOL. Pulkas are worse than Trump who tried to take advantage of white fan following saying the election was rigged (in America). How can the election be rigged when Trump was in power and Biden was not??

those silly discussions on that latkoor forum are instigated by their admins/mods and also using FAKE pulka/jaffa/female accounts to abuse each other, provoke more attacks and arguments and used to generate more comments, page views and ad revenue. many of their users are not aware of this manipulation by admins and naively indulge in more arguments, comments and page views and generating more ad revenue. even being pulkas, their admins dont care about cbn or tdp. all they care is ad revenue and they will celebrate whenever there is a breaking news - even if cbn or pappu getting arrested!

AP Land Titling act: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో పోలింగ్‌కు రోజులు దగ్గరపడుతున్న సమయంలో రాష్ట్ర రాజకీయాలు ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్ చుట్టే తిరుగుతున్నాయి. వైసీపీ తిరిగి అధికారంలకి వస్తే భూములు హాంఫట్ అంటూ ప్రతిపక్షాలైన టీడీపీ జనసేనలు ప్రజల్లో బలంగా తీసుకెళ్లే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తుండగా.. అందులో ఎలాంటి వాస్తవం లేదని టీడీపీ కూటమి ఈ ఎన్నికల్లో ఓటమి తప్పదని గ్రహించి చివరిగా ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్ పేరుతో దుష్ప్రచారం చేస్తోందని వైసీపీ కౌంటర్ ఇస్తోంది.

 

లాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్ ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశం అన్ని రకాల భూముల రికార్డుల స్థానంలో ఒకే ఒక టైటిల్ రిజిస్టర్ అవుతుంది. వ్యవసాయ భూమి నుంచి వ్యవసాయేతర భూమితో పాటు అది ఏ శాఖ పరిధిలోనిదైనా సరే, ఏ వ్యక్తికి సంబంధించినదైనా సరే, దాని హక్కుదారు ఎవరని చెప్పేందుకు ఒకే రిజిస్టర్‌లో నమోదు చేస్తారు. అయితే ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న రికార్డుల్లో ఉన్న పేర్లలో వ్యత్యాసాలు, తేడాలు, ఇతరత్రా తప్పులను, సమస్యలను కొత్త చట్టం ద్వారా పరిష్కరించాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావించింది. ఇక ఇది జరిగితే ఇదే చట్టపరంగా కంక్లూజివ్ రికార్డుగా చూపుతారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న ప్రిజంప్టివ్ రికార్డుల ప్రకారం ఎవరైనా ఫలానా భూమి తమదేనని చెప్పుకుంటూ కోర్టుకు వెళ్లే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. అయితే ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్ అమలయితే అసలు హక్కుదారుడికి చెందిన భూమి తమదంటూ అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేసే ఛాన్స్ ఉండదు.ఈ విషయాన్నే ప్రతిపక్షాలు బూచిగా చూపి అసలు కోర్టుకు వెళ్లే హక్కు లేదనే దుష్ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నాయంటూ వైసీపీ మండిపడుతోంది.

ఇక ల్యాండ్ టైట్లింగ్ యాక్ట్ వల్ల భూ యజమానులకు భరోసా దక్కుతుందని చెబుతున్నారు నిపుణులు. ఇదొక మంచి సంస్కరణ అవుతుందని పేర్కొంటున్నారు. అయితే ఎన్నికల వేళ విపక్షాలు తప్పుగా ప్రచారం చేయడాన్ని వైసీపీ తప్పుబడుతోంది. టీడీపీకి అండగా ఉండే ఒక మీడియానే ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్ గురించి చాలా చక్కగా వివరించిందనే విషయాన్ని గుర్తు చేస్తున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు టీడీపీ జనసేన యూటర్న్ తీసుకోవడంతో ఆ వీడియోను యూట్యూబ్ నుంచి డిలీట్ చేశారు. అయితే అప్పటికే ఆ వీడియో సోషల్ మీడియాలో చక్కర్లు కొట్టడంతో టీడీపీ ఒక్కింత ఇరుకున పడింది. ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్ గురించి అసెంబ్లీలో టీడీపీ నేత పయ్యావుల కేశవ్ కూడా మద్దతుగా మాట్లాడిన వీడియోను వైసీపీ సోషల్ మీడియాలో సర్క్యులేట్ చేస్తోంది. మరి అప్పుడు మంచిగా కనిపించిన ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్ ఇప్పుడు మాత్రం మరోలా కనిపిస్తోందా అంటూ కౌంటర్ ఇస్తోంది వైసీపీ.

ఈ చట్టం తీసుకొచ్చింది కేంద్రంలోని మోదీ సర్కార్ కాబట్టి, ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్‌‌ తప్పుడు తడక అని భాగస్వామిగా ఉన్న టీడీపీ-జనసేనలు ప్రధాని మోదీతో చెప్పించగలరా అంటూ వైసీపీ సవాల్ విసురుతోంది. భూమి హక్కులకు ఇబ్బంది కలిగితే టైటిల్‌ ఇన్సూరెన్స్‌ ఇవ్వాలని చట్టంలో స్పష్టంగా తెలిపారు. పైగా భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ జరుగుతున్నప్పుడే టైటిల్‌ వెరిఫికేషన్‌ నిర్వహిస్తారు. అమ్మేవాడికి టైటిల్‌ ఉంటేనే కొనేవాడికి వస్తుంది. దీనివల్ల మోసం జరగడానికి వీలు లేకుండా పోతుంది. అయితే ఈసారి ఓటమి అంచున ఉన్న విపక్షాలు ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్‌తో ఏదో జరిగిపోతోందనే భయాందోళనలు సృష్టిస్తోందని ప్రజలు అలాంటి ప్రచారాలను నమ్మొద్దని వైసీపీ చెబుతోంది. అంతేకాదు సీఎం జగన్ తన ఎన్నికల ప్రచార సభల్లో ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ యాక్ట్‌కు సంబంధించి స్పష్టంగా వివరిస్తున్నారన్న విషయాన్ని కూడా వైసీపీ గుర్తుచేస్తోంది.

ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ చట్టం అనేది భూ యజమానికి ప్రభుత్వం తరఫున పూర్తి హామీ ఇవ్వడమేనని సజ్జల స్పష్టం చేశారు. విజయవాడలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో సజ్జల రామకృష్ణారెడ్డి మాట్లాడారు. నాడు టైటిలింగ్ చట్టానికి ఆమోద ముద్ర వేసింది తెలుగుదేశం ప్రభుత్వమేనని నేడు అదే పార్టీ ఈ చట్టంపై దుష్ర్పచారం చేస్తోందని ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఎన్నికల్లో లబ్ధి పొందేందుకు కోట్లాది రూపాయలు ఖర్చు పెట్టి ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ చట్టంపై టీడీపీ దుష్ర్పచారం చేస్తోందన్నారు. 

దమ్ముంటే ఈ ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ ఓ చెత్త చట్టమని ప్రధాని మోదీ, కేంద్రమంత్రి అమిత్ షా ల ద్వారా చంద్రబాబు ఒక మాటైనా చెప్పించగలరా అని సజ్జల సవాల్ చేశారు. చంద్రబాబు తన పదవీ కాలంలో చేసిన మంచి పనులేమీ లేక, చెప్పుకోవడానికి ఏమీ లేకపోవడంతోనే వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వంపై ఈ విధమైన దుష్ర్పచారం చేస్తున్నారని ధ్వజమెత్తారు. ఎవరైనా ఎన్నికలు దగ్గరకొస్తే తమ పార్టీ ఏంచేస్తుందో ప్రజలకు తెలిసేలా ప్రకటనలు ఇచ్చుకుంటుందని, అయితే తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ చేయగలిగిందేమీ లేకపోవడంతోనే ఇటువంటి తప్పుడు ప్రకటనలు ఇస్తోందని ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 

ఈ విధమైన ప్రకటనల ద్వారా జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వంపై అభాండాలు వేసి ప్రజలను భయభ్రాంతులకు గురిచేసి ఎన్నికల్లో లబ్ధిపొందాలని చంద్రబాబు చూస్తున్నారని సజ్జల తెలిపారు. ల్యాండ్ టైటిలింగ్ చట్టంపై చంద్రబాబుది దింపుడుకళ్లెం ఆశని ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. ఇటువంటి దుష్ర్పచారాన్ని ప్రజలెవరూ నమ్మవద్దని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. చంద్రబాబు హామీలను, ఆయనను ప్రజలెవరూ నమ్మడం లేదని తెలిపారు.
