False case filed against Jagan as A3 under IPC 307

This is similar to destroying 11 EVM machines and charges filed against only one "YCP" person and still no info/action on where that private EVM video of EC got leaked from and made into Lokesh's tweet.

IPC 307 is nothing short of a murder!

In the original supreme court case, it was mentioned as an attack by unknown masked men and after 3 years, claiming Jagan as A3 now!

If the complaint was registered on 11th June, how come the legal opinion was written on 10th June even before the complaint was filed????

Skill Development scam case was registered against CBN during TDP's rule in 2018 itself by Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence (Pune) when Jagan was in opposition, not by AP govt or Jagan's govt in 2023.

IPC section 307: Attempt to murder

Whoever does any act with such intention or knowledge, and under such circumstances that, if he by that act caused death, he would be guilty of murder, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine; and, if hurt is caused to any person by such act, the offender shall be liable either to imprisonment for life, or to such punishment as is hereinbefore mentioned.

Attempts by Life Convicts: When any person offending under this section is under sentence of imprisonment for life, he may, if hurt is caused, be punished with death.
