The United States andย Indiaย have the most total English speakers, with 306 million and 265 million, respectively.

These are followed byย Pakistanย (104 million), theย United Kingdomย (68 million), andย Nigeriaย (60 million).

As of 2022, there were about 373 million native speakers of English

Even though India has dozens or hundreds of languages, they broke the language barriers unlike some Asian countries). For the same reason, you would find a lot of Indians (more than 40%) followed by US users on Quora

Why 50% of the World Population Lives in This Circle #shorts

India and China contributing more than half of this circle's population!

It becomes even crazier when you realize that the half of the circle is also filled with seawater and extremely high mountains

Bangladesh's size is as small as Iowa, yet their population is half of the US population!!

Waking up at 11am and going to school at 12pm is every kidโ€™s dream ๐Ÿ˜‚

There's currently 38 time zones, not 24. A few time zones aren't exactly on the hour with UTC.ย India is +5:30, for example.

India and Pakistan falls under the same time zone but India changed it to 30minutes ahead from Pakistan, just to be ahead of Pakistan.

Biggest country with more time zones of 11 is RUSSIA ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ. France has only one time zone. Others are over seas not france.

The opposite of GMT is the IDL or international date line.ย Actually, time "starts" at the International Date Line, which is in the Pacific ocean, and is opposite of the Greenwich prime meridian. That's where the time is earliest anywhere on Earth at any moment. The Greenwish prime meridian is the historic reference meridian for all time zones, and it's where it was first established.

It actually stands for Universal Time Coordinate, the video says the wrong name.

I DONโ€™T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!

Why Do Time Zones Look So Strange ๐ŸŒ How They Work ๐Ÿ•’
