Definitely! Ground floor dwellings will be much cheaper (any takers?) than upper floors.

Not just that, CBN's biggest nightmare that came true now is that people realized the danger and risk with Br'Amaravati that got fully drowned in a single flood within an hour and it is not worth anymore.

AP people are mostly illiterate and most of them cannot even spell the 2-latter acronym "AI" leave alone knowing its meaning.  Even educated people from AP who are in USA are just Oorollu who can be fooled easily by people like Babu.
